Daniel J. Rheaume - Prior to forming Welt & Rheaume, P.A., Dan Rheaume was with the North Miami based litigation firm of Mintz, Truppman, Clein & Higer. Raised in South Floirda, Dan Rheaume’s experience includes Insurance litigation (both Plaintiff and Defense), Personal Injury, Homeowner Property damage, Wrongful Death and Product Liability. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Leo College and has a Master’s Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautical Science. He received his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1996. He is also a member of the Dade and Broward County Bar Association; American Bar Association; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; the Peter T Faye Inn of Court and also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Jeffrey L. Welt - Prior to forming Welt & Rheaume, P.A., Jeff Welt was an associate in the litigation department of Akerman Senterfitt. Prior to working at Akerman Senterfitt, Jeff was an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida. While a prosecutor, Jeff's litigation experience ranged from DUI to First Degree Murder. Raised in South Florida, Jeff Welt's experience includes all aspects of criminal law, personal injury, and corporate litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, and his juris doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Jeff is also a member of the Dade and Broward County Bar Associations; the Federal Bar Association; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and The Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association.
